An incubated firm at TIC is entitled to occupy at least a single office space unit consisting of a furnished room

Additional space and furnishing items can be made available if need is justified.

Lab & Libarary

Our parent organization i.e. National University of Sciences and Technology is reputed for one the finest engineering and technology products labs in the country. The use of these labs can be arranged on need basis for your business. This service goes hand-in-hand with consultancy services of our faculty members. The library at our facility houses a modest collection of books on a wide variety of topics covering different aspects of entrepreneurship and technology management. These books are available for your business at TIC as and when needed. Additional TIC can also facilitate your access to libraries of other sister organizations. Companies at TIC can also make use of our facility of full text access to leading journals and publications of world.

We are, at present, in the process of assisting our parent university in setting up the first Technology Park of the country. This park will be located at the new campus of our university at H-12, Islamabad and is aimed at facilitating transition of incubated companies from the incubation centre to open market. An additional characteristic of the Technology Park would be its ability to bring in R&D wings or liaison offices of industrial power giants.
